To bad you didn't do dyno runs vs 1/4 passes... According to a few "leading authorities" it should see a noticible drop in 1/4 mile times... or it may or may not make more "fools" power on the number sheet, but will allow a shorter acceleration time...

FYI: You do not need to have a cat in SM class for autocrossing. This was just debated on the auto-x mailing list and the official word was that it isn't specified in the rules. You just have to have a valid registration, license plate and insurance.

you shouldnt be scared, just be aware of what you are getting yourself into. i try to baby the car around cops, but even then its hard to keep it quiet. its really only obnoxiously loud at WOT.

one guy on a club si run who was behind me said he could feel the noise from the exhaust. i dont know how much of this is contributed by the 2.5" header, or the cat, but all together make for one loud SOB.

Yeah, I knew it would be the loudest exhaust I could get... and I kinda knew what I was getting into, but know i have to live with it.

Actually I'm excited... should be done anytime.
